how to knit:
- choose a pattern
- cast on
- change your mind
- repeat
Work was awful today. It’s the first, and the third falls during the weekend, so everyone got their checks today. In six hours, I did $3,000+ by myself. My body hurts.
However, I’m about to go hang out with Heather and knit, so maybe today can be good after all.
I wish there were a person who would just come to my house and pick up these gusset stitches because I haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate it
It’s really hard to get these headbands finished when this cat literally won’t even let me move my hand without forcing me to pet him.
I love you, Spraynard, but fuck off.
I just came home and one of my rosewood needles was broken. They were my birthday present to myself. I am so furious. I want to kill someone.
I’m casting on for my first sweater!
I’m really excited and nervous. It’s for my favorite baby. I hope it turns out well. I’ll post photos of her modeling it as soon as it’s finished. Wish me luck!
I can’t figure out what I want to knit.
Something small and simple so I can do it in a couple hours.
Suggestions?
400 more stitches + binding off 80 stitches
I can do this
I need to go to bed, but I only have like five rows of this headband left. That wouldn’t be worth mentioning, but it’s 80 stitches wide. UGH
I have a few days off work and I am so excited about knitting until my hands crumble.
I got Cory’s yarn today~
I’m making myself a cowl from this really nice avocado green yarn I couldn’t find a use for until now.
I’m enjoying this pattern a lot, so I’ll probably use it for Cory’s cowl, too, when I find suitable yarn.
I just love knitting. :’)
I’m going to get a fuck-ton of white cotton yarn and start dip-dying EVERYTHING.
Letting Off the Craftiness will be the most booming business.
